Debra: Interesting that you have noticed this development also. We're watching the press coverage. So far the Washington Post and a few other big newspapers seem to have run relatively lengthy stories, but the high technology-oriented trade press is paying a lot more attention judging from on-line searches. - FB

Debra: Great article. If you get a chance, and are interested, check out these two websites. My company sells both of these products and have had a lot of corporate and higher education clients fall in love with these products:

This is the site for the virtual flip charts we use: http://www.polyvision.com/products/thunder.asp
Love, hugs and kisses to you and Tommy.

How did I come across this? lol

Anyway I must comment and add to a reasonably good blog. Personally if I was part of that jury I'd have my final decision.

For many years I have experianced pains in my leg right where my mobile phone has been kept in my jeans pocket. I realised I had a routine of putting the mobi in left and wallet in right and the pain was only in my left. I decided as a little experiment I'd move it over to the right a lot and it didnt take me long to experiance a dull ache there aswel. I actually subconciously would put my hand
down to rub where the pain was and pull my phone out to carry it. When I realised this i thought there has to be something being caused.

Thats not all! I often found after 10 minutes talking on my mobile my ear would have a slight ache with burning. If I continue to use it for around 25 minutes I slowly develop a headache. After 45 minutes I've often snapped at the person on the other side for no reason and realise I feel drained and light headed. Not seriously like I'm going to drop but if your getting a call from your new girlfriend every night you start feel like its a damaging habit wondering what the hell is really happening to your brain by a mobile!

I ofcourse continue to use mobiles and all devices cause these effects, like Sarah Conner said "its in our nature to destroy ourselves" or it was something like that anyway. All I can say is that I will NEVER have long discussions on mobiles again and try to use them only for texting and hope my thumb doesnt fall off!
